The Ventura

Spacious 4 Bedroom house with sequestered Master Suite

The Ventura Model is suited for a standard lot with a front loading garage entrance. The Living Room opens onto a large rear porch with a disappearing sliding glass wall that delivers the ultimate contemporary theme. This efficient layout has a sequestered master suite and three more generous sized bedrooms along with a big bathroom that has a double vanity. A central Entry defines the core of the design with a Powder Room conveniently placed and tucked out of the way. A Kitchen island with bar height countertop separates the oversized Living Room. The front Dining Room can convert to a home office space or other function depending on your needs. Abundant storage space finishes off this design with a walk-in closet in the master suite and places for coats along with two large linen and supply closets near the bedrooms.
