The Ventana

Spacious 3 Bedroom house with Entrance Atrium

The Ventana Model is suited for a standard deeper lot with a front loading garage entrance. The Master Bedroom and the Living Room both open onto a large rear porch with beautiful big windows that extend to the vaulted ceilings. The atrium entrance and layout delivers that midcentury vibe you seek. Each bedroom is ensuite, and a luxurious Powder Room sits off the garage interior entrance next to the walk-in pantry. Natural light floods all spaces from both ends of the design. A countertop peninsula bar separates the comfortable Kitchen from the Great Room where the flowing space allows multiple furniture configurations. Abundant storage space finishes off this design with walk-in closets in the master suites and places for coats along with two large linen and supply closets.
