The Oceanside

Spacious 4 Bedroom house with sequestered Master Suite

The Oceanside Model is suited for a full lot width, and interior-facing side-loading three-car garage entrance with a circle driveway. The extra large Living Room can host a formal dining setup in addition to its spacious fireplace area. The dining nook behind the kitchen adds more eating locations, and it faces and opens onto the big centered back porch. The big kitchen divides onto the living area with an extra long bar height countertop for hosting big gatherings. Each bedroom is ensuite, and a luxurious Powder Room sits off the entrance gallery. The sequestered Master Suite delivers a private back porch, elegant bathing space, and enormous walk-in closet with a second entrance so that you can get to the laundry room without running back into the bedroom space. Extra wall and walk-in closets ensure plenty of storage to complete this terrific layout.
