Napa Model Front Elevation Midcentury Modern

The Napa

Spacious 3 Bedroom with Terrific Master Suite

The Napa Model is suited for a standard sized lot with a front loading garage entrance. Bedrooms align along the right side of the plan, and the living spaces align down the center of the scheme with generous access to front and rear yard spaces. The front Flex Room off the Entry allows use as a Dining Room, Home Office, or Hobby Space, for example. This comfortable layout delivers three bedrooms and two and a half baths in under two-thousand square feet. You won’t find a plan with as many spaciously sized rooms like this one anywhere else. Create a kitchen garden within the front breeze block wall and place a pool behind the garage to complete the theme for a midcentury modern lifestyle. Plenty of storage space with a coat closet, linen storage, and big wardrobe closets in the bedrooms completes this design.
