The Mod Pod

perfect accessory dwelling,
in-law, or vacation home

The Mod Pod Model is suited for an accessory dwelling or vacation house with its small footprint. The one bedroom design creates an efficiency space for up to two people. Big windows and 9-foot ceilings let the small house live large and full of natural light. A compact kitchen features a set of full sized appliances and delivers just enough space for adequate use. The bath, laundry, kitchen arrangement employs pocket doors to give the plan an alternative passage through the connected spaces. Heat the abode with the centered fireplace and install an instant water heater outside the laundry closet for maximum energy efficiency. An entrance porch and back porch with screen block walls complete the theme on this smart design.
