The Catalina

Classic Midcentury style with generous rooms & 10-Foot Ceilings

The Catalina Model is suited for a full lot width and a left side loading garage entrance. The Living Room, Guest Suite, and Bonus Room open onto a large rear porch with beautiful full height windows that reach to the ten-foot ceilings that extend into all rooms. This elegant layout delivers a spacious master suite and two more generous sized bedrooms, each ensuite. A spacious Kitchen sits at the heart of the house with a sliding glass door opening into a Kitchen Garden. An island bar allows guests to converse while you prepare meals. Abundant storage space finishes off this design with a large pantry in the kitchen, a walk-in closet in the master suite, and places for coats along with two large linen and supply closets.
