The Carmel

A favorite design in compact size with Walk-in Closets

The Carmel Model is suited for a standard lot with a front loading garage entrance. The Master Bedroom and the Living Room both open onto a large rear porch with beautiful big windows that extend to the vaulted ceilings. This efficient layout delivers a sequestered master suite and two more generous sized bedrooms along with a bath that has a double vanity. A central Entry defines the core of the design with traffic flow connecting from the garage as well. A Kitchen island separates the compact space from the Great Room where the flowing space allows multiple furniture configurations. Abundant storage space finishes off this design with walk-in closets in the master suite and places for coats along with two large linen and supply closets near the bedrooms.
