The Brentwood

This design revolves around the private courtyard

The Brentwood Model employs the highly desired inner courtyard theme, and the layout comes with a front-loading garage entrance. The Living Room opens onto a large rear porch with beautiful big windows that extend to the vaulted ceilings. Spacious rooms allow plenty of flexibility for furnishings. The Laundry Room is located in the bedroom wing of the design where it is most needed. Abundant storage space finishes off this design with walk-in closets in the master suite and places for coats along with two large linen and supply closets near the bedrooms. The Brentwood is spacious without wasting space. This post and beam design captures all of the mid-century character you love with up-to-date features you prefer.
